The ruggers toughest opponent is always himself
To risk nothing is to risk everything
Every moment is an opportunity to start again
If we were sensible, we would be zen ping pong players not zen ruggers. Then again, if we were always sensible our amphibian forebearers would have never made it out of the warm comfortable mud. We would still be amphibians unable to play ping pong.
Never underestimate your capacity to endure and conquer.
