Thank you Moss, for the fine assistanse.

Our immediate goal for the next 60 days is to generate interest and committments within our pool of players. It is our fervent goal to lock in a travel package by late Sept/early Oct. In order for us to proceed with confidence, we are seeking at least 20 deposits onboard by the end of Sept--with that momentum we are hopeful that another approx 20 will make the plunge by the end of the year.

We have a tour website with some preliminary details and will, also, track deposits for all our tourists.

We are grateful for any and all details that will help to stimutlate interst and committment within our group of rugby friends.

Dear Cary

I have been talking to Malcolm Burns and we are delighted that you have committed to come to Derry in our special 125th Anniversary Year. We at City of Derry Rugby Club will do everything that is humanly possible to make this the Mother of all Tours for you members who are lucky enough to be on board. I would advise everyone to have taken one months bed rest prior to coming to Lovely Derry and book some time off for recuperation on returning to the USA.

Moss Dineen,President Derry RFC and Brian Pru,Captain Derry RFC

I have requested prices for accommodation from our Club Sponsors The Tower Hotel Group as per my previous email. I will forward reply as soon as possible. The Templebar Hotel is in the heart of all the action in Dublin City. There will be no transportation needed there, your within walking distance to everywhere. The Temple Bar District is only where the very verry young and the very very beautiful hang out, I think a crowd of ugly bastards from Richmond should go down very very well there.

I have spoken to the President of Railway Union Rugby Club not far from Lansdowne Road in the centre of Dublin City about a fixture for you and everything should be confirmed by 1st Sept . They are a lovely friendly club who I know will look after you. I have a great relationship with Railway Union Club and their President. I sleep with his wife every time I am in Dublin.

Keep in touch with Mal and I.

Kind regards,

Moss Dineen
President City of Derry RFC.

I enclose a reply from Collette Ferguson The General Manager @ The Tower Hotel Derry with the rates for accommodation while you are in Ireland. I think they are very good. That rate in the heart of Dublin with no transport required is the best you are going to get.

Hi,

I am VERY interested in going on tour with you guys. Maybe I can cause the hellish morning hangovers to those boys that they gave to me.
